‘In 2015, a catastrophic cycling accident changed my life. Facing the very real possibility of never being able to walk again, dreams of travelling, of climbing Kilimanjaro and founding my own business threatened to slip between my fingers. Faced with a choice to give up – or rise to the challenge – was an inflection point… and in what has become my signature style, I stared adversity in the eye and refused to be beaten. The moment I adjusted my perspective, I became the architect of my own transformation, gaining an outlook which has inspired the creation of my coaching practice.
Since that life changing accident, I have not only succeed in fulfilling all of my dreams, but I’ve acquired invaluable skills and insight which I draw upon within my professional life.
